Colebridge Braves inflicted a 7-3 defeat on Bournville 'A' in the Premier Division of the Birmingham League, with maximums from Edward Lynn and Navinder Matharu.  Helen Turner was the only winner for Kingshurst Bribar 'C' against their 'A' side, beating Roger Morris in straight games.

Land Rover 'B' just edged Colebridge Giants 6-4 thanks to a fine team effort in Division One.

John Cox gained another maximum for Colebridge Falcons in their 6-4 success over Walmley 'A' in Division Two.

Land Rover 'E' matched that score-line in Division Three at home to West Midland Phones, as John Dineen was again unstoppable.  Yaj Ghosh and the competitive Bernard Oliver were unstoppable for Hall Green 'C' in their 8-2 win at Walmley 'B'.
