Bhavesh Amlani achieved an impressive maximum for Bournville 'A' at Kingshurst Bribar 'C', in the Premier Division, but his side still went down 6-4, as Helen Turner and Sarah Riach won two singles each and combined for a doubles victory.

David Bissell remains in top form for Streetly "B' in Division Two, leading his team to an impressive 8-2 mauling of Land Rover 'D'.  Simon Bailey gained a treble for Smithereens at Land Rover, but the home side picked up the rest, with Roger Townson, Mick Bere and Chris Allen putting up a good team effort.

Quinborne 'B' and Colebridge Indians drew 5-5 in Division Four, as David Ranford of Quinborne just edged Tim Fell 11-9 in the fifth in the final set to share the spoils.
