MIDLAND LEAGUE

Birmingham drew 5-5 with reigning champions Oxford in a magnificent match at the Colebridge club.  Newly crowned Warwickshire champion Scott Prime and Navinder Matharu won two singles each and the doubles.  Matharu had arguably the best win of his career against Andrew Misseldine, who beat Prime 11-5 in the fifth to snatch a draw for the visitors.
